What an incredible experience, staff were amazing and super helpful. Responded quickly and made our stay very memorable .

Clean modern and very spacious property! Stayed in both the 2 bed and 1 bedroom apartments and both were excellent very spacious and huge balconies, well equipped kitchen and bathroom as well. The courtyard area has lots of shops cafes and supermarkets close-by. Security around 24hrs so always felt very safe. Check in process was very easy and the property management Nox were very helpful and accommodating with check in times and spare keys etc and always easy to reach by whatsapp Would definitely stay here again!

The only feedback was to maybe have a full length mirror in the bedroom as only one was in bathroom

Clean, comfortable, great location.

The communication process is really not customer friendly. One has to scroll through many messages to find information. It also made it difficult to share with collegues on the same trip as I did a group booking on our behalf. The check in process was slow and there were no clear instructions about where to park etc.. Only after you check in is this information shared. We requested assistance with the freezer and how it works to make ice and were told to buy ice instead. The shutters did not close at night and the curtains were now black out, a few colleagues complained about this.

Beautiful accommodations and facilities and nice and clean and tidy

The NOX reps were amazing! Directed us to car park and even helped with the bags! The security guards were always there and always happy to answer a question. The apartments were well equipped, beds are very comfy, bathrooms very clean! Yes, you are in a busy, popular location in Cape Town so your Friday and Saturday nights are noisy but the apartments are very remarkably quiet and by midnight the neighborhood was asleep. Nothing your traveling ear plugs can't handle.

Kings beds would be nice for couples. Two keys are handy but security was great about buzzing us in at the front door so not a huge problem. I rented 4 apartments so the fact that I kept getting so many emails to fillout and and keep track of deposits, damage waivers, garage details, it got a bit much...for example, who is Truvi?
