Access to my room when entering through the main reception area. I had to go through many doors and walk through basement parking lot.

Loved the location and the vibe.

When you book, you are sent multiple links with a third party company to pay a ‘non refundable deposit’ or a ‘refundable deposit’ the amounts are quoted in GBP !!!! Even though we South African and in South Africa 🙃.. I thought the links were abit scammy because the amounts were ridiculous.. R20000 partially refundable when my entire booking was under 4000 seemed unreasonable.. anyway .. on the day I meet the host I’m told I cannot continue until I complete the verification and pay the deposit.. so I try using the website and it’s down and the host tells me to use his phone !! Imagine putting my card details on a random persons phone !! And then he said ‘okay you can’t stay if you don’t want to do this’ .. finally the website works and I had to pay R350 non refundable to another company !!!

We appreciated being met by someone for a key handover...directing us to our parking and taking us to our apartment.

The main bedroom's shower didn't drain fast enough. Some cutlery was missing. Sharp kitchen knife, like a Victorinox would be great.

It was a great and comfortable stay. Highly recommend
