ESMe gusto que es céntrico y no tiene ruido ya que todos los apartamentos son interiores.
Pensaba que entraría más luz pero todos los apartamentos son interiores asique el olor a cerrado se nota aunque abras las ventanas. El penúltimo día encontramos una cucaracha en el baño, entiendo que son pisos antiguos pero para mí que viajo con niños esto es inaceptable. Lo avisamos a la agencia cuando nos íbamos pero no tuvimos respuesta a pesar de que habían estado muy atentas a cualquier problema al principio. Por último un microondas se agradecería.

El aire acondicionado tiene mucho que desear y más en la habitación que està situada en la parte de arriba. Cogimos la ola de calor y puedes imaginar...... El aire acondicionado es portátil con tubo al exterior pero no está preparado para que funcione correctamente. Son dos las habitaciones con este problema.
CAThe area was really nice. Old town lots of restaurants and close to the water. Beautiful parks. Walkable. The apt was minimally decorated but had the necessities. Parking lots are underground and while there we had a hard time finding a spot in any lot. When we finally found one close enough to apt we parked for 38 hours and were charged 50€.
GBThe apartment is in a great location on a nice street. It is very secure and very quiet, you do not hear anything from the street. The place was very clean and the host lady was very helpful. For those driving there is parking close by for E25 a day. We felt the living area could have been better arranged with more comfortable seating than it currently has. The shared rooftop space was also disappointing. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and felt the property was good value for what it offers.

Thee is a lift, but because it is a duplex you need to be able to manage the inside stairs.
GBExcellent location on a lovely street and right where you need to be in the Old Town. Hosts were super helpful. The property was immaculate on our arrival. Well equipped with the basics you’ll need for a stay. One of the few properties with sufficient number of beds in three separate bedrooms. Very practical. A bonus was dishwasher and washing machine and space to hang clothes outside. Not many properties have two lovely showers etc. When we needed help, the host were super responsive and friendly. I will definitely return.
Although I recommend the property without hesitation, the tiny sofa and poufs were a bit Spartan for our liking. The table dominated the space and wasn’t genuinely useful without sufficient chairs. Although the apartment comfortably sleeps 5 it will struggle to accommodate that many people sitting or eating comfortably with furniture provided in the communal area. Purely personal choice would be a selection of pillows and fitted sheets, as well as lamps in the communal area to temper the glaring blue-white main lights. Warmer lightbulbs throughout will make such a difference but I acknowledge that’s a very personal view.
