"Could do with little changes"

It was very cleaned it felt like home it was very comfortable

Lifts did not work , wifi was very bad wasnt working most of the time , bed were very low and table was moving a lot

"We were over for a wedding and the accommodation was very close to the town which meant we could walk to the town square"

It was very comfortable just a little on the chilly side and we couldn’t get the heating to work. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed

It was quite dark in the courtyard at night time and the main gate latch didn’t work so it could be pushed open so anyone could walk in. There were no shops or restaurants by that were open to get food when we arrived.

The kettle and toaster wasn’t working then, asked someone to come over to fix it. Toilet seat was broken. No soap, shampoo only towels.

"Interesting"

Bed was comfy, bedrooms large, hot shower, tv with streaming. Great central location if you need to stay in the town centre.

It was a bit tired. Could have done with a lick of paint and the carpet cleaning. Also a few things need fixing.
