The host is so easy to deal with. Very accomodating and understanding. The whole place is very clean and comfortable. You'll have amazing view because of the glass windows, from ceiling to floor. Kitchen and dining utensils are all available. Thanks again for having us. Til our next visit in Batam. 😊

"Nice place and view"

The property location is really nice, got mall downstairs and easy for grab delivery to deliver. Clean and got good view of the city and port. Complimentary drinks and snacks were provided, also got kitchen stuff and cutleries that can be used. Owner also have wifi and Netflix which makes the property almost perfect 👌.

The aircon isn’t getting cold even if we set to 18 degrees already. Must maintain well the aircon since it doesn’t look new either.

The apartment is on top of a small mall. There is a pool and a gym and the apartment is well equipped. Check in is easy and the staff is responsive on WhatsApp. Water pressure for the shower is good and the apartment is clean.

The windows of the apartment complex are sealed. But the aircon helps with air circulation.

Very nice view. Clean! Hand soap and dishwashing liquids provided, bath is separated from the toilet, there is space for hanging clothes. Closets provided. Feels like a home rather than just a rental. Well furnished with high quality materials. Plentiful trash space, easy to take out trash. Netflix available.

Location is a bit further out from main attractions but would be OK if you had a car or were willing to take cabs. Living room is really small but the apartment including kitchen is well equipped.
