Rooms convenient to elevator. And ice machine. Except for check-in EE’s were pleasant and helpful

Shower not up to par. Took 10 minutes to get hot water

"Breakfast was just ok, friendly staff, but the bedding was awful."

Staff friendly, great location, restaurants very close

First the bed was so old, it was so soft, no support at all. Second and most important, the fitted sheet was completely, pilled, balled up, lumpy. I never had such a bad nights sleep. I told management in the morning. They were sorry about that, it must of been there OLD SHEETS. Do they save them for on line booking rooms? Even showed them a picture of the sheets. Would not adjust price because we booked on line. It’s a shame to pay that kind of money and have balled up sheets!

"After a 4 hour ride, the property was clean, comfortable and inviting."

Check in was super easy, room was warm and inviting, and the location was great. We only stayed for a night and was on the property for less than 24 hr, but it was comfortable & relaxing while we were there. Neither one of us ended up making it to breakfast - next time!

Nothing - experience was a 10 out of a 10.
