My first experience with complete on line check in and payment. I think a little better explanation on how the whole things works beforehand. Would be helpful

Room is good and clean enough. Location Is also good

Worst management ever, I booked through booking.com without cancellation and supposed to charge my card directly. The next day hotel manager sent the cleaning lady to collect the money from me. When I told them that my card should be charged through booking they told me that they don't pay this service and can't collect the money. I told them that I need time to check if my card is charged and will get back to them. Then I asked to pay by card the POS suddenly broke and would be fixed 2 days after when I would be there. Next morning I used the POS normally to pay a coffee ( they don't even know how to lie) . I asked for proof of my payment and they bring it to me last day before I check out. Lady who is responsible for bookings was keep sending me messages in WhatsApp for 2 days ruined my vacation days and all the time blaming booking.com saying that it's their fault ( which is totally wrong ) for your peace if you want to stay there just bring cash with you!!!

Excellent view and location, the room is quite spacious, beds are comfortable. It's very clean as a cleaner comes everyday!

Walls/windows are not soundproof so on some days it can be quite noisy outside in the evening but most of the time it's calm and quiet! Would be nice to have a bin in the room in addition to the one in the bathroom!

The location is fantastic. Next to the Fantastic bridge that can be seen from the room. The personnel was very helpful (and this is appreciated as the code/key system of the room is not so easy! ) The room was wide, cleaned and with window, shower with hot water, cleaning of the room is done daily by default, Wifi was working perfectly. Good value for money 15 min from airport with taxi.

Would suggest a stricter management of the late noise at night (guests and personnel should understand that they are not alone in the hotel and that after sightseeing a long day, we would appreciate to relax in a quiet environment ). That is what i did not give 10/10, hoping that you can improve this point for future guests). Otherwise all was good ! And definitely recommending this well located hotel

Location is perfect.

The bed was not cleaned. Full of dust, so didn’t get good sleep. But the rest was fine.
