I didn’t end up staying at the property, as when we arrived there were already other guests occupying it. I tried contacting the host multiple times but received no response for several hours. The guests who were there also mentioned they were unhappy with the property and had experienced other people attempting to check in during their stay as well.

Vicki was very easy to communicate with and responded promptly. The cottage is in a superb location right in the centre of St Ives but tucked away in a very pretty and quiet street. The only noticeable noise being the gulls. We loved the property and will definitely be back. Everything we needed was there and you can get to the shops, cafes and restaurants in just a couple of minutes. Thanks Vicki.
I didn’t like leaving. Wanted to stay longer.

Nothing place had windows all open to cover the overwhelming damp problem.. We booked for 3adults . Bunk bedwas kids bed could not fit in it mattress in all rooms not fit for purpose were thin like in a cot. Double room upstairs had a mattress with another to try correct it. Bedrooms doors dont close. No access to lower part havw to go outside different set keys through 2doors to get in. If with family would be split from kids.
