Great location, 5 mins walk to the coast. Endless options for bars & restaurants in surrounding area (but far enough away not to hear them) Easy coastal walking to north & south Private terrace was in sun for about 3 hours in middle of day (end Jan) Communal swimming pool was always in the sun Able to park in large public car park above the apartments
Would have appreciated a table inside - it wasn't always warm enough morning & evening to sit outside Kitchen facilities a bit sparse, but fine if you are planning to eat out most of the time

It's very centrally located and quiet. The minimal kitchen was functional for my needs - to boil water for tea and to grill a croissant in the morning in the over, to store something in the fridge. it was a good considering it was a last-minute booking, just a few days before arrival.
The washing machine was abysmal. It's kind of works, but all the t-shirts came out stinky-sweaty. I do not have such problem at home, so this must be a washing machine, not me. We had only one set of towels per person. For 4 days with a bathroom in which nothing dries, it was sub-optimal. There is a vacuum cleaner in the flat, but it does more noise than suction.

Great location, quiet yet close to everything.
The payment side caused me a few concerns, you have to pay directly via bank transfer which I was not used to, I sent 50 euros first to check it went ok, then the remainder..
