"Poor"

3.0

Location was okay

Unclean, furniture of the lowest quality, falling apart and very unsafe for children. The hotel was hacked and our details were leaked and we were spammed on WhatsApp continuously by hackers impersonating the hotel staff. The kitchen and bathroom in particular were gross.

"Although it was clean and a good location, I cannot rate this property highly because of the issues we had and the lack"

6.0

The location was good for us because we took a lot of trains while in Bologna. It was a safe location. It was clean except for some cookware.

Coffe pot was supposed to be provided per listing but there wasn’t one. A Moka was supplied 2 days after arrival but did not work with the induction stove. No adaptor was ever provided. I purchased coffee and sugar for nothing. No dish soap was provided. We asked but it was never delivered. Only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person, and 1 dish towel for an 8 night stay. Poor lighting in the bathroom. 3 of the pots and pans were not clean. One appeared to have mold on it. We had no dish soap to clean them…see above. “Quiet hours” were not observed by others in the building. I was awake until 12:30-1 am most nights because of laughing & screaming. At 5:30 one evening, the power went out in the apartment. With help from the local contact, I was instructed to go into the basement of the building…which was dark and scary but clean….locate the electrical panels, then locate the one for our apartment and flip the breakers back on. This solved the problem but we were told not to run the oven and washing machine at the same time. A simple sign would have prevented this issue. Later, the washer stopped mid-cycle. We didn’t realize this and opened it to have water pour out all over the floor. We mopped it with 1 of the lager towels we were provided then manually wrang out the clothes. The washer would not turn back on. It took a day and a 1/2 of working with the local contact then the local “office” to find out we had apparently accidentally flipped a switch on the wall next to the light switch. I had to keep reaching out for help however… no one called or messaged me after the initial complaint.
