Desk people rude. When I checked out I forgot to ask for my deposit back and they did not remind me. Requested more pillows they never sent them. No keypad to get into hotel from patio so had to walk all the way around the building. They would not give us 4room keys for 4 people. Only 2 keys for room!! It was miserable

They didn't have our room it was down for construction but upgraded us to the executive suite The area was really bad with crackheads dancing at the red light The front desk clerk was absolutely fantastic the best and everything else was blah blah

"Worst hotel, stay ever."

It was the overall horrible experience. I booked a jacuzzi room and got a two queen smoking. The staff were rude.We overslept because we had a late check in, and they literally came six men and i'm talking big men with two females to get myself and another female out so that's six men and two females to have two females who are getting ready to leave.And wasn't arguing or anything with them to escort us out of the room.I was so uncomfortable.It wasn't even funny, not to mention the maintenance.Man opened up the hotel room.Door while I was putting my shirt on. Then, the front desk clerk made a comment about?Yeah, I was in your room.Well, I don't remember I must have been sleeping.Why were you in our room while we were asleep. There was nothing good about that hotel.The casino wasn't even attached.You had to walk across the street to go to the casino.It was overall c*****.They said we don't have free breakfast but we do have free coffee.It's a casino.Why don't you have free breakfast as much money as you make you have?No breakfast whatsoever, just free coffee.It was a horrible trip.Do not stay there and don't book through booking dot com.Because the d*** sure haven't gotten back to me about my complaint.
