UAThe apartment is very spacious. Three full bedrooms. One with a large double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds. Ideal for friends, colleagues, or a large family; everything is very new, excellent appliances. Quiet.
There wasn't enough drying machine, so if you go during the cold season, you have to dry your clothes in a separate laundry room outside. And the heating was very poor in November. It was there, and people from the owner even came to figure out why it wasn't working, but it never worked and it was very cold. I don't know how it is in the summer, but if it works just as poorly, it might be hot. Although the entire air conditioning system is new. Another downside is the very small boiler for such an apartment; you can't even fill the bathtub halfway, and I don't know how six people can take showers with such a small boiler.

Ho prenotato questo appartamento con tariffa non rimborsabile quindi pagamento anticipato, non modificabile e non cancellabile. Purtroppo ho avuto un problema serio di salute, e un mese prima della data di arrivo ho chiesto di poter aver un rimborso e che avrei mandato tutte le carte mediche per dimostrare che il mio problema era reale e non una menzogna ma loro non hanno accettato perché la tariffa prenotata era non rimborsabile. Mi sono appellata alla loro umanità (essendo del settore so benissimo che dipende da una loro scelta) ma mi hanno sempre risposto che la tariffa non era rimborsabile. Essendo il mio problema non prevedibile sarei tranquillamente potuta andare per vie legali e non l’ho fatto perché ho trovato degli amici che sono andati al mio posto. In America mi hanno rimborsato immediatamente. Comunque ho trovato tutto ciò poco umano. Detto ciò, i miei amici hanno detto che sono stati bene anche se la pulizia non proprio eccellente e la posizione piuttosto lontana dal centro. Appartamento nuovo e in buone condizioni.

Es war ziemlich kalt. Man hätte vielleicht die Heizung vorher schon aktivieren können und wir hatten mehrmals die Woche kaltes Wasser beim duschen
ESLa ubicación. La relación calidad-precio. La distribución del apartamento. Que tenga dos baños. Tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasar unos días en Valencia.
Los baños olían a tubería y el aplique de la ducha de la habitación principal se descolgaba. Había pelos en uno de los cajones del baño. Podrían poner algo más de papel higiénico y de patillas para el lavavajillas.
