Ik kan eerlijk gezegd niet veel vertellen over deze ruimte omdat we ivm waterschade verplaatst zijn naar een ander appartement. Maar het feit dat dit zo goed werd opgelost verdient een goede beoordeling. We hadden ons anders geen raad geweten.

De oven in de andere locatie was incompleet en de verbanddoos helemaal leeg, Het zou goed zijn dit aan te vullen.

Too much noise from neighbouring rooms early in the morning

The apartment is nice, especially for one person. A good bed, full kitchen including a dishwasher, more than enough space. Quiet enough for being on a relatively busy street (but yes you could hear the neighbours). Even though I agree with the other reviewers that the decor makes the place quite dark, I actually sort of liked it; the big mirror is a nice touch. The location was the main thing for me, since I needed to be at the University Medical Centre, and it was probably about 5 minutes away. The centre of the city isn't too far either. Overall, a very good stay; would definitely visit again since the value for money was excellent by the extortionate Dutch standards.

In the apartment itself the only thing was that the shower head leaked where it was attached to the hose, causing unexpected gushes of water. Also, what I noticed from this stay and another place a fee weeks before, dark decor shows wear and tear very quickly, and this was visible around the edges here and there, next to sockets etc. The main downside was the very inefficient communication when I needed an invoice. No reply to many messages on booking.com, emails, WhatsApp and text messages. I almost gave up, but apparently the thing is to call them on the phone, be insistent and make them issue the invoice there and then; the man on the phone was polite and he did send it right away, although he claimed they had sent it through booking.com which was not the case. (Another reviewer complained they couldn't get an invoice at all; in fact you may be able to get one in the end, it just requires much more effort than is usually needed.)

Comfortable bed and clean. Everything we needed and handy location. Parking was easy, you can park right outside and just let the owners know your car registration.

It was dark and a little airless.
