This is a small apartment with one bedroom and a signed in the sitting/dining/ kitchen area. Not very suitable for children so sleep in, and small for adults. Kitchen is not very well equipped, and at best for 2 people ( small pans, pots, not enough bowls etc for 4 people). So, I would say this is great apartment 2 people, not for 4 . So it is also expensive ( considering small and actually just for 2 people).
