SG1) The night sky full of blinking stars was spectaculars and unforgettable moment in life. 2) The whole unit is big enough to accommodate my family of 8 (5 adults & 3 kids). 3) There were clean and neatly kept essential kitchenware and utensils for us to cook and dine in as a family. 4) 2 washing machines available to wash our laundry too. 5) There were 3 bathrooms in the whole unit (2 on the upper deck and 1 below). 6) We can actually parked 2 sedan cars in the basement garage.
1) There were some hazards around the unit where one of my elderly family member got a deep cut on his toe. (pointy object below the carpet mat which somehow difficult to be seen with our eyes and I've notify the owner about it but have yet to get any acknowledgement). 2) There were quite a number of little bugs (seems like mosquitos) flying on the celling in the bedrooms and toilets. 3) The A/C in the living room isn't working very well (blew out hot air at times). 4) No dryer provided in the unit. 5) TV in the playroom isn't working well too. 6) No Convenience store / Supermarket around (estimate about 5 to 10mins drive to the nearest one).
NZGreat lake view, good heating system, spacious living and dining area. Kitchen and bathroom have everything.
Had a little trouble getting into the main entrance (we only received the code for the 1st floor at first). The house is a bit old.
