Property was good however there was a guy at the reception he was way too rude and has no manners to talk.

The staff, to be honest. They needed to be trained on manners. There was a girl who was fine but the guy who stays at the hotel for night shift was getting way too personal and rude.

The One Br Apartment was quite nice and functional. The fridge, RO water filter and the kettle were an advantage . Though the kitchenette was a tad congested , it was functional. The terraces/ balconies are a good addition… though small. Good for a solo occupant.

The Living area AC was purposely shut down to save on cost . Even the bedroom ac was fixed at 28degrees which was uncomfortable . The quilt was of an extremely poor quality and very uncomfortable . The linen was okay but the bathroom did not have any hand towels and on asking was told that there were no hand towels. The large center table in the living room is a hazard as it restricts flow and has sharp edges. The property is bang on the road and the noise levels can be very disturbing ! The staff are pretty mediocre !

The Location, size of the unit and staff.

Bathroom. The shower doesn't have enough pressure and flow. Toilet flush has a glitch, also when you flush a bit of water spills out to the floor. They provide Kettle and tea bags, coffee sachets but not cups. There is a kitchen in the apartment but no utensils which makes it of no use.

Everything I liked about this place, very neat and clean, beautifully designed, peaceful place I must say.
