Cozzzy hut @ Riverine Diamond Kuching

Großes Appartement, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Man konnte vor Ort Wäsche waschen, es gab direkt in der Wohnung eine Waschmaschine.

Die Zimmer sind leider sehr hellhörig, man hört jeden Nachbarn auf dem Flur kommen und gehen. auch ist nebenan ein Tempel, die hatten abends eine 2 stündige Trommelveranstaltung. Der Weg zur Waterfront ist 20-30 Minuten, abends etwas dunkel, lieber Taxi nehmen.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this property. The room was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available to answer our questions. The location was perfect — close to city center yet peaceful at night. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely come back again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Very well located and equipped feels like home

The entire apartment was clean and comfortable..i love the room vibe so cozy ..other places i been stayed bfore they did not provide any salt and cooking oil to cook ..thank you host for the great hospitality☺️.. Bonus : washing machine + dryer as well...very convenience

Lovely decent sized towels, lovely bedding. Comfy sofa. Nice to have a table and chairs on the balcony. Appreciated things like having the hand soap, shower gel etc as it saved us buying some for a short trip. Lovely views. Great to have pool and playground access. Nice, clean lifts and hallways (unlike some of the BnBs we have stayed in previously!).

The toilet seat in one bathroom was so obviously broken and unusable we could not understand how it had been left like that knowing a family was coming in to use the apartment. The door locking system is very strange - why not replace the 2 doors from the living area to bedroom with one door?

Overall the accommodation is great. Love the space, clean and well equipped. The owner is so responsive and helpful. Location wise is also good. Near to all the places we wanted to go. Will come here again definitely.

The apartment have quite a smell once we first entered, but that eliminates after we open up the windows and spray the air freshener. The bedsheet also have a bit of musty smell but we adapt. The pots and pans are too big and should provide additional smaller ones for light cooking. Some things for improvement.

The whole building is unfortunately mouldy - not just this apartment, but the whole complex. This meant there was some mould in the apartment when we arrived. The staff kindly organised cleaners the very next day, but the cleaners weren't thorough and we still saw mould on the surfaces we notified them about, as well as some we didn't identify until the next day (shower curtain, wardrobe sills/door). Although we asked for some cleaning products in case this happened, none were left, meaning we smelt mould the entire week, even after airing out the apartment for whole days during our stay. We also notified the staff that the pillows and bedsheets smelt of mould. The pillowcases were changed but the pillows were not, making us feel icky during our stay due to the constant smell of mould while sleeping. I feel sorry for the owners, as it's really due to the lack of proper HVAC throughout the unit complex. You can smell the musty smell in the lobby and hallways as well. Some of my clothes still itch from the spores in the air. We put up with it because we only stayed a few days, and it's otherwise a gorgeous apartment with views of the city, but if you're easily affected by mould, unfortunately I can't recommend this stay.
