everything! sauna was the icing of the cake! clean, cozy property where you could walk to the bus stop and stores in just a few steps. plus, host is super nice! he would help you in any way he can, with his brother. he showed us where the nearest ski resort is, and sure thing, my sons had an amazing time! perttu and his brother knew where to take us to see the northern lights… it was indeed a wonderful experience!

The apartment was well equipped, modern, stylish, clean and spacious for 1A and 2C.

Personally I am a light sleeper and I live in the country so noise from the street woke me occasionally on the Saturday night. My children did not wake though.

Beautiful cozy apartament with great location. Has everything you need and a sauna. But what makes it really exceptional is Perttu the owner. He’s always willing to make the best of your stay. He found us a dog/reindeer tour at last time after the one we booked canceled. Also took us to see the northern lights and provided transport from and to the AirPort. Kiitos, Perttu!

La cura per i dettagli. C’era tutto ciò di cui potevamo avere bisogno. Posizione ottima, pulizia impeccabile e proprietario gentilissimo!!!

L’appartamento è in una posizione perfetta, centralissima e comodissima per visitare la città. Gli spazi sono moderni, accoglienti e soprattutto pulitissimi. La dotazione è incredibile: tostapane, macchina del caffè con cialde, teiera con bustine di tè, lavastoviglie con detersivo, lavatrice, smart TV… c’è davvero tutto ciò che serve e molto di più. La sauna privata è stata un plus straordinario che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo tra l'altro è eccezionale Un ringraziamento particolare al gestore, gentile, disponibile e molto attento, sempre pronto a fornire consigli e supporto per qualsiasi esigenza. Disponibilità di trasferimento da/per l'aeroporto Soggiorno perfetto sotto ogni aspetto. Consigliatissimo!

Es war alles wunderbar! Die Wohnung war sehr zentral gelegen- in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Supermärkten und sämtlichen Geschäften. Die Wohnung war äußerst sauber und hatte alles was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Eigenrümer sind äußerst freundlich und zuverlässig und standen uns für alle Fragen und Anliegen zur Verfügung! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 🙃

Konforlu, temiz, ilgili ve yardımsever ev sahibine sahip, tam şehrin merkezinde her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Bir çok otelde ve konaklama tesisinde kaldım hayatımda ilk defa OLED tv olan bir yerde kalıyorum o derece kaliteli ve konforunuzu düşünen bir tesis. Mutfağında aradığınız her şeyi bulabilirsiniz. Sauna ve banyosu çok kullanışlı. Eğer burda kalsam mı diye düşünüyorsanız hemen evet kalmalıyım diyerek rezervasyon yapmalısınız.

Tam olarak beğenmemek değil ama koltukta otururken çay kahve içmek için küçük bir sehpaya sahip olsa olabilirdi. Konaklamamız için asla negatif bir yön değildi.

Great location and our host was very accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely quiet building so close to all amenities. Public transport easy to access, taxis are plentiful and there are some good supermarkets and family restaurants very close by. I would absolutely recommend this apartment to families looking for a stay in Rovaniemi.
