The property is located in a very quiet suburb or area. I loved the place. Away from traffic and very family friendly. I’m glad I paid a little more for the luxury and comfort we experienced.

Everything was great. I just wished there was a laundry dryer (machine). The weather is humid or cool all the time, making it hard to dry your clothes in time.

Nothing every thing perfect

The location of this property is very nice. If you have your/rental car, this place is very good. It is like half an hour to Salalah City and nearly same to Darbat Valley Bassel was such a nice host, always remained available on msgs., I didn't need to call him. Very new property, you would get all what you need, microwave, Washing machine, fridge, iron, cloth handing stand, cutlery, stove. The living room has a sofa bed which is also the size of a double bed. Grocery and restaurants are at the other entrance of the community, or otherwise like 15 mins drive otherwise. I would highly recommend the place. Unfortunately, I forgot to take the photos to attach to this review. But a couple of tips, keep mosquito repellent and property clean, as this is a place close to nature and greenery so mosquitos and ants could bother you if you keep the property uncleaned or the living room door open towards the canal. The swimming pool and kids playing area is like 2-3 mins walk. The Padel tennis court is in front of the property. You will find an ample amount of parking outside the property (but open air).
