The room is very clean, not too spacious but ok for a family with 5-6 people, 2 bedrooms. There are 3 nice swimming pools in the building. Service is nice

But the road for car is narrow and easy to get traffic. The beach at the front is not clean.

There wasn’t much to like

The property is located far from the main area, making it inconvenient to access restaurants, shops, and key attractions. Check-in was very slow, staff were rude, English language skills were poor and most concerningly, they ask to hold our passports as a deposit!!!! We were not comfortable with this and declined. As two female travellers, this made us feel uncomfortable and impacted our sense of safety at the property. The initial room had visible mould on the ceiling. Although we were moved, the overall cleanliness of the rooms was poor. Windows were very dirty, making it difficult to see the advertised sea view. The pool and facilities (gym, sauna) are not included in the standard booking and require an additional fee (173,500 VND per day). This was only communicated to us the day before arrival. Access also had to be arranged/booked in advance by 5pm the day before you wanted to use the facilities. We had originally booked five nights but chose to leave after one night. No refund or goodwill gesture was offered when we checked out. We moved to La Marina Boutique Hotel & Spa in the main area and had a completely different experience. The area is vibrant, convenient, and close to everything, which highlighted how isolated and inconvenient the original location was. We loved Mui Ne!

Zuerst war ich geschockt, denn die Anlage könnte circa 6000 Besucher beherbergen. So möchte ich eigentlich nicht Urlaub machen aber ich habe die luxuriösen Vorzüge für den sehr günstigsten Preis nach kurzer Zeit sehr zu schätzen gelernt

Die immense Größe der Anlage! Vom Strand bis zum Zimmer benötigt man gefühlt 20 Minuten, wenn alles gut läuft. Eigentlich ist die Anlage auch noch nicht fertig gebaut. Überall sind Baustellen im Haus. Die Schlüssel Karten funktionieren nicht, aber schließlich begreift man, dass man auch mit Code ins Zimmer kommt. Erklärt wie einem nicht viel, man muss sich das Gelände selber erschließen.

Мы тут бывали и раньше. Нравится расположение подальше от центра, а значит пляж свободный, людей не много. Вид номера на море. Очень красиво.
