I paid over 1,2mill per night, they provide everything else less important like headsets, dolls, manual brew coffeemaker, but they simply DONT PROVIDE NECESSITIES LIKE TOOTH BRUSH, TOOTH PASTE, AND SANDALS. the kimonos i believe are clean but they stink like they weren’t properly dried after laundry, so it was unbearable to wear. and in the middle of the night the electricity went down until we were woken up by the heat and sweat very early in the morning.

The staff was cooperative and polite.

My booking showed breakfast included, however, the staff contested and charged us. The wooden floor was very noisy and disturbed at night.

Great and convenient location, along with great hospitality of the hosts and serenity of the complex. The breakfast was amazing. I did enjoy my stay and plan to come back for a longer vacation.

Steven & the front office staff were kind and willing to help to address my problem and were open to ask for my refund. Unfortunately the property owners we're not of that open mind.

Located in noisy neighbourhood. Old plumbing. Smell of mold and mist. I turned myself around when checking in, asked for refund, which was rejected by the property owners, and left. I spent only 15 minutes in this property. To this day still no refund received.

Let's start by saying that the owner is very nice. You have to greet everyone, he is from Bulgaria, he gives recommendations for places to eat and the beach, it's very nice. The employees speak only the local language, they don't understand anything, what you ask, they don't even understand the basics, a la "bring a vacuum cleaner or toilet paper". The houses themselves, very nice, very local, nice, made of coconut wood. But, we are 250 meters from the city and it is a jungle. Even our villa, which was in a rice field, was not as jungle as here. Monkeys come in the morning and steal your breakfast, frogs make love in the pool, geckos roar half the night somewhere between the walls. If you want to sleep, this is probably not the best place.

Everything was just AMAZING and perfect during my stay. The place itself is new, cozy, comfortable, clean and taken good care of. The family who owns the place was so friendly, helpful and nice. Bungalow is wooden so you feel especially comfy and cozy. The furniture is cute ad you have everything you might need. The pool at the territory is quiet big and very clean. The location is great as well - nearby is quiet, safe, not far from nice restaurants (walkable distance). 10-15 min bike ride are few really cool beaches. I felt very welcomed, safe and happy in here! Big thanks to the owners for an amazing time!
