Everything, from the easy check-in process to the view of the room to the complete facilities provided
Not much, but I would suggest replace the water heater to a pump type as the water pressure was quite low sometimes

We had a wonderful holiday here! The host thoughtfully prepared many appliances, along with coffee and tea, which made our stay very convenient, thank you! A small suggestion: the kitchen is a bit dim with only one light, and the main door is a little difficult to lock. But the view from the balcony is stunning, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves at night was relaxing!
