The location of the apartment is good, and it's accessible.

The property wasn't clean, and it was different from what was advertised. The property was advertised to have a washing machine, and when I got their my host said that it broke, that's why it wasn't there. I went 3 days without the Internet, and when the Internet came back, I asked the host to log back in Netflix, but she didn't. When I contacted the host, she was slow to respond.

The neatness and cleanliness of the house.

the kitchen facilities lacked abit, no serviettes, the available napkin was dirty, the kitchen tap was broken so I couldn't access water.
