Resort Style Penthouse - BackUp Power

The prompt response we received from the owner was exceptional.The place was big enough to accomodate all of us.Proactive and efficient communication we received a day before, during and the last day of our stay, much appreciated.

Later check in time. The check in process was not so smooth.Cleanliness not up to scratch.Old rusted appliances ( Microwave oven, stove and the bread bin did not look good). The bedding in the main bedroom.

1 - The VIEW, proximity to the mall and safety major in place for the whole area. 2 - The Owner of the Property, Mr. Mohammed, was the person concerned about our frustrations and helped us to overcome them

1 - The Apartment was not clean and had some Webs and spiders (I have pictures and video of this) 2 - We were given only once access card and this made our stay difficult because whenever we wanted to go in or out we needed to do it in group; 3 - There is NO RECEPTION service/office on arrival: there are just some gentlemen who assist the guests on arrival to give them the keys: DON'T expect any "warm welcoming" 4 - After we reported to Mr. Mohammed, that we did not like the apartment that was allocated to us, he sent us to another apartment and there was a gentlemen named Prosper, who assisted us moving to that new apartment and he was a non polite and rude guy. That guy named Prosper, he even threatened us and said that some bad REVIEW that are made on booking.com he asks to be removed. Afterall he asked me to write a "good review" (I just laughed at him because I was shocked). 5 - The booking advertise says there isa free airport transfer to the apartment, but this is not being observed and we reported to Mr. Mohamed, which said was booking.com responsibility to ensure that and not the property owner.

The place is located near the shopping Mall and is properly secured.

I was made to pay for cleaning services during booking. We didn't get any cleaning services during our stay even after being advised that we would get at least a day of cleaning since we were there for more than 7 days. Some ectricity sockets were not working and so were TV remote control units.

Beautiful Penthouse with good facilities

Just that the master bedroom upstairs has no privacy. It needs to be dry-walled off.

Location and access to Canal shopping mall and food court that are open till 9:00 pm and 10:00 pm respectively. Secure parking and walk along canal.

The bed in upper floor of penthouse is very inconvenient to get in and out due to very wide wooden base that’s actually a hazard and should be replaced. Thanks

Everything about the apartment, its clean user friendly, looks exactly the same as in the pictures, Abuti Prosper and the housekeeping team made our stay beautiful, we got to the place before the initial check-in time and they were generous enough to keep our luggage for us until they are done with getting the place ready as we arrived shortly after the other occupants have left, this enabled us to carry on with other things knowinh that our luggage is safe. The location of this place is exceptional, the mall is a walking distance, about 10 minutes walk, and it is a very big mall that serves the majority if not evryone, also love the fact that eqch bedroom had its own bathroom n unique balcony views

The property was well kept and clean.

I liked everything. There is nothing I didn’t like. Resort Style Penthouse in CPT is a perfect place to stay. Very close to Canal Walk mall. Housekeepers were friendly. Prosper is excellent!

رائعة وغرف نظيفة وواسعة إلى حد جيد ويكفي وجود شطافات في الحمامات.

هناك اشكالية في بعض دورات المياه بتصريف المياه و الميول وكذلك الأبواب فقط.
