Clean and convenient

The apartment had everything you may need and was warm. Beds were comfortable. The WiFi worked well . It was in good location.

The apartment wasn't cleaned after the previous guest on our arrival. Beds weren't made, tabletops were dirty. The bathroom wasn't cleaned. We found dirty dishes in the cupboard. There still was rubbish left from the previous guests. We had to clean most of it ourselves as the cleaning team only changed bedding the next day. Although, we asked for new bedding and towels to be provided the next day. I was expecting the place to be cleaned properly but they only changed bedding and provided new towels. In general , I think the apartment needs a deep clean. One of us had to sleep on the sofa due to the bedding being dirty on arrival. Although they have offered to give a full refund we had no choice but to stay there as it would have made it difficult for us to find a new place and would have ruined our plans in the area. Slept well in a comfortable bed. The area is very quiet. Kitchen equipment provided was good including washing machine.

Cushions on the sofa dirty. Bare bulbs on bedroom ceiling. Every item well washed and old looking, scratches on coffee table. Bedside lamp without an available plug point. Check in online was a nightmare. Had to log passports, driving license, take a selfie and expected the same from each guest. Provided link to my bank to take £200 back if I damaged anything.

Appartement très bien équipé et confortable. Le calme règne dans la rue ce qui apporte une grande tranquillité. Stationnement facile dans la rue. Point central pour de nombreuses visites et randonnées alentours.

Procédure d’accueil beaucoup trop compliquée ! Cafetière, four et frigo sales. Le pare baignoire n’est pas étanche. Le support du pommeau de douche est en mauvais état. La porte de la salle de bain est difficile à fermer. La chaudière dans la chambre qui n’est pas isolée phoniquement et est donc bruyante (se déclenche de nuit comme de jour).

DO NOT BOOK! Bathroom full of mold! Smells like cigarettes in the apartment! Everything worn down and dirty! Staff not responding to complaints!
