The owner, Rosa, is very nice and welcoming. She made her best to make me feel at home. Talking about the room, what you get for the price is great value. The trekking was amazing, we saw many orangutans and monkeys and our guides, Hussein and Nassim, were very professional and helpful. The food on the trekking was incredible. If you are looking for a very cheap accommodation and friendly staff, that’s your place.

La relación calidad precio es correcta respecto al hospedaje. Es muy económico y es lo que tienes. Martin siempre estuvo disponible para ayudarme, resolver dudas e incluso llevarme al pueblo a hacer compras. El tour fue increible, una tremenda experiencia. El guía muy preocupado de que viéramos orangutanes. Grupo pequeño.

La habitación da directo a la calle y es muy ruidosa, no hay preocupación por cuidar el silencio para comodidad de los huéspedes. El baño, si bien limpio, personalmente no me pareció cómodo. No hay lavamanos en la habitación. La travesía por la selva fue maravillosa en si misma pero se agradecería que el guía complementara con mayor información de las especies animales y vegetales que sorprenden a los turistas en el camino.

Omg,,, this has been one of my favorite places I've stayed along my travels❣️ as a solo traveler the price has allowed me to focus my funds more to activity like hiking in the jungle for many days experiencing the wildlife with the guides Nagoya provides Poda and Nassip who have become friends over my 3 week stay here,,,They really made the trip fun allowing us to hike at our own pace n doing thier best to lead us in direction of wildlife which we saw alot of as well as making down time in the night full of laughter with thier jungle magic tricks and playing guitar with us which we had brought along ,,I wish I could stay forever 🤓 it doesn't have air conditioning but it is very clean n provides fans and mosquito nets which have proved to be all I needed ,,, I think it's perfect for backpackers looking to have a good time on a smaller budget:)

Hands down the best stay I’ve had my 3 month trip. The room was clean and the location in Bukit Lawang is perfect. However, it’s the staff that truly makes this place shine. They made me feel so welcome and safe throughout my stay. Special thanks to the owner Martin, guide Naseb and staff Domique, Voda and Rantau for their amazing hospitality and kindness. I would come back in a heartbeat! ​I also did the jungle trekking with them and I highly recommend it to everyone! It was an amazing, experience with a very enthusiastic guide, Naseb, who really listens to your personal wishes and needs and does everything to make you happy.

Very cheap. Still had private room with own bathroom. Bed had a mosquito net. Centrally located. Owner friendly and helped with organizing jungle trek. After coming back I could use a room to shower, reorganize my stuff. Also setup a transport for me to the airport.

Reception is often empty. But if you ask, they will come and help you with your question or issue.
