Guesthouse was in the centre of Bukit Lawang and easy to find. If I had a question it was always quickly resolved. The wallpaper of the room was very uplifting. For example the bathroom had a dolphin wallpaper.

The property was located in a great part of Bukit Lawang and the owner and the staff were very nice and accommodating, quick to arrange anything and help with anything. The room itself was quite good, the bathroom clean. I also did a tour organised by the staff and it was amazing - did only 1 day and saw so many orangutans, we got fresh fruit and lunch and all together it was a wonderful experience!

Noisy area so bring ear plugs!

We did a 2 day, 1 night tour with them. The guide Jos and Holand were great! Jos really made an effort to show us a lot of animals and has a lot of knowledge. The trekking was a real adventure!

Welcoming host who showed me around the area and took me out for lunch and karaoke, fun jungle tour, big room, convenient location.

Can be noisy sometimes as it's central location.

Clean and cheap. They gave me a free pickup from the terminal.

The ac in the room didn't work while the room could get very hot during the day. It's a place to sleep after the tour rather than to relax during the day. The 1-day trekking was 70 euros which is not cheap. All the (official) trekking guides have the same price though (before discount)
