Unterkunft ist schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Auch der Check-in hat super funktioniert.

Der zu zahlende Betrag wurde doppelt von meinem Konto abgebucht und auf meine Nachfrage wurde seitens der Unterkunft nicht reagiert.

Ho usufruito di 2 notti e mi hanno addebitato l'importo di 4 notti. Ho contattato più volte il numero della struttura ma senza avere una risposta in merito. Anche l'assistenza di BOOKING non è riuscita a risolvere il problema

It was clean och close to city center. Nice bathroom.

Hard to find and when we arrived late check-in, we checked it was ok, they didn’t answer. It got 2 different addresses, one in a message and one in booking.

Lokalizacja była ok.

Zmieniona lokalizacja w porównaniu do tego co było na bookingu, brudno, pokój niezgodny ze zdjęciami, w dużo gorszym standardzie. Dodatkowo opłata za pokój była pobrana 3 razy, a zwrócona tylko jedna. Mimo kontaktu z obsługą brak odpowiedzi. Walczymy już 2 tygodnie o zwrot.
