Assistenza clienti pessima. Mi è stato prelevato il saldo due volte e non ho ricevuto alcun rimborso. È passato un mese da quando mi hanno prelevato il saldo e ho iniziato a chiedere il rimborso e due settimane da quando mi hanno promesso che sarebbe arrivato. Se volete pagare due volte consiglio. In allegato le foto del saldo preso due volte.

La struttura si trova proprio nel centro di La Spezia, comoda per prendere il treno per raggiungere il porto ed essere vicina a Bar e Ristoranti; Se siete in auto, dovete organizzarvi a lasciare l'auto lontana, perchè il centro è tutto a pagamento/ZTL

Le scale per accedere all'appartamento sono tante e ripide da fare con il trolley, l'ascensore darebbe un valore aggiunto alla struttura.

Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben und das Bett bequem.

Es gab am ersten Tag kein heißes Wasser im Bad. Der Vermieter hat auf keine Nachrichten geantwortet und nur die Zugangsdaten per WhatsApp geschickt. Man kann sein Gepäck nicht dort lassen. Das Badezimmer war nicht ganz sauber. Und das Zimmer war nicht in dem Gebäude was bei booking angezeigt wurde sondern mehrere Straßen entfernt.
