So the flat is great value for money, also the hosts were excellent communicators. Even up till late at night. (We had a couple of issues: a faulty kettle - replaced next morning a light not working - my fault, I didn't switch it properly on! - and the internet not working - my fault again, as I didn't see the router wasn't plugged in.) Great location for getting to the centre.

So people staying here need to know that there's almost nothing provided. No salt, pepper, oil, any food/cooking stuff at all. Also, the cooking pot situation was rather strange, as they only had two huge pots, nothing small or medium size. The location is brilliant for proximity to the centre, but it has to be said that there are building works going on, round this area, to re-direct a river, I believe. Over all, the location looked rather messy, but I figure that in about 5 - 10 years it'll look really posh round there. Just not now or in the near future...

Wir fanden eine extrem dreckige, von Silberfischen bewohnte und schlecht ausgestattete Unterkunft vor, die bei jeglichen Regelverstößen im Vorfeld mit extrem hohen Bußgeldern drohte (z.B. für eine verstopfte Toilette 10.000 DKK). In Stichpunkten die Defekte/Probleme: - Lüfter im Bad funktioniert nicht - Keine Lüftung/ Fenster im WC zzgl. direkte Verbindung zur Küche, baulich stark zweifelhaft bis unzulässig - Unsauber: Kartoffelchip und Taschentuch vorgefunden, allgemein unsauber (Vorhänge, Staub), Kühlschrank riecht sehr ungewöhnlich, dreckige Kopfkissen und Decken - Spülmaschine unhygienisch, total verrostet - Wasserkocher defekt - offener Nagel im Boden, stellt eine Gefahr dar (offensichtlich schon länger ein Problem) - mehrere Beschädigungen (Fensterbeschlag, Wand, Schrankböden) - Schrank voll gerümpelt - Nachttischlampe defekt - Downlight hängt am Kabel aus der Decke - Dusche ohne Fliesen, Schimmel und Risse - Silberfische!!! - 5. Bett nicht vorbereitet - Vorhänge nicht bedienbar, keine Verdunklung möglich - schlechte Ausstattung der Küche -die Einrichtung entsprach nicht den Fotos und der Beschreibung auf Booking.com Insgesamt war ein Aufenthalt unter diesen Bedingungen nicht möglich. Der Kundenservice der Unterkunft ist ebenfalls extrem schlecht.

Easy to access and within walking distance to the city centre.

The place was not properly cleaned, especially the cutlery, and the dishwasher had some odd coating.

The pillows and blankets are very dirty. There are a lot of silverfish, I even got some into my luggage. There are lot of spiders and also a lot of dust on the floor.

It was a big and bright apartment that was nicely decorated and felt really welcoming. We liked the fact that we could stay in a really quiet area without being too far away from the train station or the city. The people at the hotline were also super helpful and friendly.

Some rooms weren’t necessarily the cleanest (mostly on the floor there), but we personally didn’t mind. Probably depends on how high your own standards are. Also, it kinda smelt like fire when you walked past the chimney, which wasn’t the best smell.

Expect at least toilet paper to be in apartment. Aday booking was Very uncertain they had informed me properly, so they sent the emails with the same information numerous times, for one booking I got about 25 emails. Will stay away from aday in the future.
