Posizione, tranquillità del quartiere, vicinanza alla città della scienza, al parco Turia e al mare. Comodità dell'appartamento in generale, i materassi, i servizi, la doccia, l'assenza di rumori. L'organizzazione (taxi da e per l'aeroporto), l'app del gestore, le risposte veloci del gestore

Per andare a letto bisogna salire una scala (comunque comoda), il pavimento di sopra cigola molto e lo spazio per girare attorno al letto è poco. Ho chiesto un asciugamano piccolo in più il primo giorno ma non è mai arrivato. Giudizio comunque positivo. Tornerei

"Cómodo pero…"

Muy cómodo y bien decorado. Muy cerca de la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias.

La puerta de la calle se quedaba abierta, asi que me daba inseguridad. Tuve que mover la cama de sitio para acercarla a la pared y me encontré muchísima porquería debajo de la cama, incluso había cristales.
