location, cleanliness and the most important is a welcoming host

Unfortunately the place wasn’t clean at it supposed to be, and there wasn’t room service for the price. To be fair when I complained they sent someone els, but still wasn’t clean with many bugs

The location is excellent the host was great the property was good it could use some more cleaning.

The apartment was described as luxury apartment yet: - There was nothing in the bathroom to hang clothes or towels - The shower knop was loose and it kept falling. - No toilet paper in the bathroom. - No safe box in the room. - No room cleaning or towels and sheets changing. When I asked the owner to clean the room, he told me that it costs extra 25JD each time they cleaned the room! - The apartment and bathroom floors were not clean. - No tools to clean or mop the floors.

The apartment complex is in one of the best neighborhoods in Amman. Just in front of the Abdali Mall and Boulevard restaurants and cafes. Very safe and vibrant place to be at. There are many security guards around the complex. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The staff were amazing in responding to our requests.
