We had the most horrible experience at this hotel. Despite booking five days in advance, they denied our reservation upon arrival at 8 PM, claiming all rooms were sold out. Stranded as two female friends in an unfamiliar place, we felt extremely unsafe. The owner initially offered his room but then retracted, saying it was messy. He suggested another hotel 4 km away, which we refused because traveling with an unknown man at night felt dangerous. Throughout, he was unapologetic, yelled at us, and vented his frustration while we waited desperately for a solution. Another owner suggested a sketchy property not even listed on Google Maps. Despite the hotel advertising itself as no-prepayment, we were bombarded with emails demanding partial or full prepayment, threatening to cancel our reservation if we didn't comply. Booking.com assured us the booking was confirmed, but out of fear, we made a partial prepayment. After an agonizing wait of 45 minutes to an hour, they suddenly discovered a room for us in the same hotel. The hotel also falsely advertisea a "Double Deluxe AC" room, which doesn't exist; they only offer Deluxe AC and Family rooms on their site. Even after showing proof of our partial payment, the owner demanded an additional 1700 rupees, though we should have only paid 1200. It was already 9 PM, and we were exhausted. We finally paid 1200 after a kind man intervened. The room was a nightmare: no Wi-Fi, no toiletries, and we had to call reception four times just to get basic amenities. The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. This hotel is a scam and a safety hazard. Save your time, effort, and money—don't book here!
