Every time I’m in Gurgaon India, I must stay at the lime tree luxury gurugram .attentive and made my morning breakfast experience even better.It's was a great stay . And services are amazing. I stayed with my family really enjoyed the weekend. Starting from check in to check out they felt me very special.Good food and nice hospitality always find in this restaurant..nice ambience,staff were very very helpful and understanding.experience was very excellent,My stay was very comfortable staff were very helpful and friendly service was excellent.Will be definately come back again in lime tree luxury gurugram .housekeeping service and comfort is excellent.always recomended best to is we always came here,Good staycation with friend staff very nice,The hotel is beautiful n well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, and the staff was prompt and efficient. They provide room service from an adjoining restaurant until 1AM, and the taste is good. The rooms are equipped with crockery and cutlery. The size of the bed is also decent.

The linen and the towels can be better and more clean.

The room was spacious.

In the room if you ask for the extra water bottle it was chargeable even though they were not ready to include in the bill so that I can pay at check out they stand at the door and ask for the payment then and there, the tea kettle was not working, no slipper in the room , if you ask for any service they tell you to call different number and keep calling them. The breakfast timing was 8:30 to 10:30, we went at 9:15 and there was nothing to eat after requesting for each and every food they would refill. In the washroom there was insect roaming. All together it was extremely disappointing. Even the OYO hotels are far better than this hotel.
