No había aire acondicionado en el saloncito. En el baño había muy poca presión de agua y apenas salía agua en el lavabo y en la ducha (se recomienda revisar el grifo y la alcachofa).

The location is excellent, very close to the old town, and the apartment is incredibly spacious. We actually rented both apartments, and there was even more space than we imagined. The larger one has an extra room upstairs and a second bathroom. The terrace is gorgeous, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The host was very kind, and the check-in process was super easy.

A minor issue was that the pillows weren't very comfortable as they were way too thin. Also, the cleanliness could be improved

Everything was brilliant, the apartment was super nice, near to the train station. The bed was really comfortable, the pillows were exceptional! The host was super friendly and helpful! I really recommend this accommodation, you won’t regret it!

Die dusche ist nicht gegangrn nur kalte wasser und keine heiße wasser

Bell'appartamento, con tutto ciò che serve. Posizione buona, a pochi passi dal centro storico. Un po' complicato trovare parcheggio, ma a Monopoli è così ovunque.

Il gestore dell'appartamento inizialmente è stata molto gentile. Dopo il soggiorno avevo delle informazioni da chiedere e non ha più risposto ai messaggi, cosa non professionale a parer mio. Speriamo solo che arrivi il rimborso della caparra. La doccia è assolutamente da rivedere, perchè il doccino è vecchio e non funziona per niente bene.

Good location, climated bedroom

The main door cannot be locked, they will not fix it despite explicit ask. The electrical system is ancient and flaky. We were left in complete darkness for hours. They fixed it but it will likely happen again. The water temperature in the shower has her own will. And God, she is spicy.

Very kind and helpful host, attentive at our needs, very good communication. Large and well-equipped kitchen, in good condition, it had everything we needed. Large spaces, large rooms. Large roof terraces, being very useful, especially since the property makes available a washing machine. Comfortable beds. Very good central position, close to the train station and close to the historical center.

he high stairs to access the apartment could create some difficulties for people with some health problems or with large luggage, but in general this is not an impediment.

*upstairs room no AC *no changing sheets after a week.,( especially in hot summer season) * the toilets upstairs didn't work( leaking) so I couldn't use it *very inconvenient spiral stairs * the washing machine is coated in the upstairs bedroom where I was staying
