Francisca Luxury Suites - Adults Only

The rooftop view was terrific. It was in a very convenient location for walking and was very quiet. The bed was wonderful. I liked the full size refrigerator with the filtered water and ice. We had no problem with water. It was easy to do a quick load of laundry when needed. We never used one shower because there was not a shelf on which to put shampoo etc. but it was convenient having 2 toilets.

It was extremely hard for the taxi to find the building. I had the address and phone written and he eventually had to call. The hostess was waiting for us and was very kind. I did not understand that the towels/sheets would be changed once during the week. We needed the trash can (small) emptied on our 4th day and also a couple of fresh towels. I texted and they sent up people immediately who were ready to clean if necessary. I had piled up the towels and they left us replacements and removed the trash. Then on Sunday, we came in and the entire space had been cleaned. Clean sheets etc. and even the dishes were done. There was no dish drainer and difficult to dry on a towel. Also, there should be silicone spatulas/scrapers because the ones they have melt with the heat of the fry pan. It would be nice to have something in English explaining how to get English speaking channels on the TV.

Fantastic apartment that is well equipped. Super location in the Zona Romántica. Extremely comfortable beds and great rooftop pool with views across Vallarta. Would highly recommend.

Overall stay was nice. Finding Francisca Luxury Suites was a challenge. It’s just and advertising name - actual location has no name or address on building. The phone mobile phone number I was given was not working on check in day. Management at place I was staying up unto this point was able to identify an alternate phone number- after that things went smoothly - without this help I don’t know what I would have done. Was arrived was happy with clean & very comfortable unit.

Bed was very comfortable and air con was clean & fresh. Nice shower area.

The property was very new and clean! It has all the comforts of home. It was a little tricky to find as it's a bit tucked away, but that's one of the best parts! It's nice and quiet so you can actually get some sleep when you are away from the partying and bars

The door is automated based on a key fob. I had a lot of trouble getting the key fob to work. One time I was stuck for 2-3 minutes tapping the fob multiple times, but the door would still be stuck shut. Management– please fix this! It can be scary when you are stuck, unable to exit promptly
