Roseberry Cottage - Lower Mill Estate

Location, flexible and friendly host, well equipped (a knife sharpener though would be good), great view.

A few cobwebs around (in main areas), no wifi in back garden.

Lovely location, well equipped, sun trap at the rear. Short walk to all amenities.

A little tired in places.

A beautifully located property a short walk from the site's restaurant and entertainment. The property is well kitted out and the owner was kind to drop off wine, goodies and coffee pods. The property is well stocked and our son was thrilled with the toys and friendly ducks. The negatives are that it's getting very shabby, it needs a lick of paint and a very good clean. There are cobwebs in the top of the rooms, under the beds was very dusty and it is just grubby in many parts. One of the bedrooms mattresses has two large dips in so we have come away very tired from two uncomfortable nights sleep. There are also very few usable mirrors for doing your make up which was a shame. The rooms are small and in one of them you can barely walk down the end of the bed which was a little irritating. It has all the makings to be a great house but a few tweaks would make it perfect!

Great location and lovely size property for the amount of people in our group, great communication and facilities on the estate.

Location and amenities were fantastic. We loved the view of the lake from the living room. Very comfortable accommodation. Host communication was excellent. Would definitely return. Thanks for having us.

There was nothing to dislike. The only improvement would be a hot tub.
