All good, very friendly and helpful staff. Food in the hotel restaurant was delicious, at good price for quality. Lobster and octopus were incredible) Our villa had a perfect ocean and sunset view, very comfortable for big families. It is located not far from Kendwa and Nungwi beaches in a very quiet village.

Local beach was not very clean, and sometimes we felt a bad smell around, so it made it hard to walk around. Also the hight tights were noticeable and made it impossible to swim during substantial part of the day

Had a great experience during my stay. Wilson was great and helped us a lot! Beautiful scenery. Definitely recommend to anyone traveling in the region!

Nice secluded location. Great food especially lunch and dinner. Friendly helpful staff.

The first problem was the low tides. There was no water for half a day. You definitely won't be able to swim in the ocean. The second one was the villa. We booked villa Twiga (4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms). The villa is old and in dire need of renovation. On the first floor there is a bedroom, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom, a pool and a big terrace with garden furniture. Another bedroom is located separately from the other rooms and does not have direct access to the toilet. That is, to use the toilet at night, you need to go outside, enter the house through the kitchen or another bedroom. This is extremely inconvenient and completely unsuitable for placing children, for example. On the second floor there are two identical bedrooms, two bathrooms and another large terrace with furniture. There are no closets in the rooms, no large mirror. There is not even a glass for toothbrushes. The rooms are very modestly furnished. There are also quite a lot of mosquitoes on the territory of the villas, despite the fact that they poison them. The bed linen has a very strange smell of old linen or something like that. But the biggest trouble happened to us on the day of departure. I booked a villa stay at a non-refundable rate, and the cost of accommodation was debited in full from my card a month before check-in. But they did not see the money that was paid for the reservation through booking.com and they didn't want to let us out of the villas, demanding the cvv code of the card. We had to threaten them with the police and a big scandal if they didn't let us leave immediately. We had all the payment confirmations on booking.com

Great and new private villas with one private pool per villa.

Food takes 1 hour from order to serving. Dependent on taxi to go anywhere. Location is a bit off. Snorkeling tour for 40 USD was a rip-off.

The hotel with villas has excellent confort. Staff is incredible very nice. Take beach shoes if you want to swim. Private swiming pool is just wonderful.

The setup of the lodge was perfect for our family of 11. Very spac ious and clean. Everything still very new. The showers pressure was great especially since water can be a problem in some areas of Zanzibar. AC and fans worked well. Staff very welcoming and a great welcome from warm welcome from Adam.

Unfortunately there were loads of mosquitos, perhaps spraying of the rooms is recommended.Apart from this the villa was Beautiful.
