El apartamento está genial. Olia muy bien. La cama es cómoda. También tiene sofá cama. Tiene aire acondicionado. El horario de la piscina es de 10 a 22 y no cierra a medio dia. La cocina dispone de todo tipo de utensilios y menaje. Excepto horno y la tostadora no funcionaba. El último dia no pusieron ningún problema en hacer en check out 1 hora más tarde. Estuvimos muy agusto

Location

No hot water until around 5pm on day after arrival, spilled milk left in fridge, shower door broken/did not slide open & closed- had to lift it into place. Shower door, frame and tile grouting filthy & mouldy. Bidet leaked. Mattress & pillows stained yellow & had long black hairs on matress. Sheet old & grubby(no spares to change). No protective mattress or pillow covers. Even Monika from the management company agreed that she would be unhappy to sleep on it. Walls in bedroom dirty & marked. Bedside drawer, which I didn't use, had hair in. Key fob for pool access didn't work (although new one was provided within couple of hours of reporting). After 1st evening, TV said no signal so couldn't use. No instructions for anything left in apartment. Feel sorry for owners as they are clearly not receiving the service they should be from their appointed management company or cleaners.
