USUSUSI like being on ground level, right by the park, and walking distance to Dock Street to watch the sunrises. The room was in perfect shape. The island did a great job of cleaning up after two hurricanes. Dock Street is still rebuilding, only 2 places open at the third week of February. My fav, Low Key Hideaway & Tiki bar was open. I enjoy being able to ride my bicycle around the island with very minimal traffic.
Dock Street businesses were mostly closed and still rebuilding.
USUSWe loved the comfortable beach themed room. It had everything we needed and wanted. Loved having a patio sitting area with a beautiful view of the park and beach! The bed was so cozy and comfortable. The people in the town are friendly too! The food at Steamers was fabulous!
I had read somewhere that the area was good for shelling. It's not. But it had plenty of other fun things to do.
USLocation was great. Right in the heart of town. Unobstructed view of Gulf.
Cedar Key is still rebuilding. I'd like to see it when the rest of business open.
USIt is a good location and is fully renovated. Pet-friendly office people were good.
This property is pet-friendly, so I understand that other dogs stay here. However, there was a lot of dog hair from the previous guests on the sofa (my two dogs are poodles, so they don't shed much). Unfortunately, my husband, dogs, and I were bitten by bugs (probably sea fleas). We cleaned it up ourselves but were bitten by bugs again on the second day, so we left earlier than planned.
