La signora che ci ha fatto il check in è stata molto gentile e ci ha dato tantissime informazioni su Urbino e dintorni.

Pochissima scelta a colazione, di qualità mediocre e in basse quantità. Abbiamo dormito male. I materassi sono rigidi, di quelli vecchi a molle che fanno rimbalzare, mentre l'aria condizionata non tiene il minimo ma si spegne e riaccende durante la notte e il rumore del motore che attacca e stacca ci ha svegliato ripetutamente. Ma la cosa che più ci ha deluso è che la piscina la domenica pomeriggio è chiusa. Senza senso, in piena stagione, di domenica, la piscina è chiusa.

Easy to find, good for a night stay as we needed. Breakfast was home cooked and very nice. Check in easy even outside of reception hours. Kind staff. Places to eat at a reasonable distance. The Urbino town is great to visit. Nature views from the property are calming.

A bar or a restaurant would be nice at the premises. The rooms facing the afternoon sun tend to get hot and the air conditioning would not go under 24. Pool and spa appear pricy.

Struttura pulita, ottima posizione,camera confortevole,fresca e silenziosa. Colazione ottima con dolci fatti in casa e proposte salate. Staff gentilissimo.

Bella e tranquilla location sulle colline a pochi minuti da Urbino, appartamento curato, ampio e pulito, colazione di livello veramente alto e in particolare le torte fatte in casa con un servizio molto cortese
