Overall, it was a good experience. Check-in and check-out were straightforward, and all requests via WhatsApp were handled smoothly.

Getting there might not be easy if you rely on Google Maps or the Grab app. Instead, search for the Grand Ion Delemen Hotel. It's not exactly a serviced apartment as there are no kitchen facilities. The small balcony and tiny windows might not match the spacious images you've seen on the website.

A tad noisy at night with the neighbours.

Excellent Location.. Just few kilo meters away from Genting Park... 24 hours mart available.. Mainly indian restaurant opened recently in that property which really helped for daily dinner during our stay... My son enjoyed in the heated swimming pool....

The room has many necessities(food, shampoo, towel etc) and the bed, toilet and sofa is clean. The person who is in charge of our room and keys is very helpful and provided us a lot of information on the room. One of the information was how to reach the room from the parking.

No carpet for the legs after a bath

No fault of the host. Needed more lifts especially to cater for the crowds during holiday period. Luckily, the unit is not too high so was able to use the stairs.

There are some street dogs that make some noise during the night but i suppose that’s part of staying at the mountains, so 10/10 for me😁
