DBS Serviced Apartments - The Terrace

Very convenient location, comfortable and clean

The duvet was rather thin for the prevailing temperature. There are two bathrooms and a cloakroom, not three bathrooms

We received good clear instructions prior to arrival. House was very clean and tidy throughout and well equipped with everything we needed (note the cutlery is in the "hidden" drawer which took a little bit of finding!). The welcome pack was a lovely touch with a few essentials to get us up and running. Beds very very comfy and lovely soft pillows which were great. The outside space was lovely in the evening sun and the allocated parking off the road was handy as well. Nice quiet residential area too.

Spacious house, amazing master bedroom with superking bed, dressing area and ensuite with large shower. Lovely and comfortable, with modern decor throughout. Plenty of storage if you're staying longer term. Two parking spaces round the back. Nice little garden. Just a really nice home from home.

The oven didn't work properly - the controls need fixing as the temperature knob just spun round so you didn't know what it was set to (in fairness to the owners, I didn't alert them to this, though I'd like to think it is checked). Some of the cups/plates/cutlery in the cupboards weren't properly cleaned (again, didn't alert the owners, not sure if the cleaners check this or it is just assumed previous guests will clean them). There is a dishwasher, so easily fixed.
