את השירות יוצא מן הכלל עדינים נעימים טיפלו בכל בעיה קטנה. היה שרות מעולה ויוצא מין הכלל

שאין כניסה לג'קוזי ליד הבריכה המחוממת

I was visiting Bar Ilan university, this is the closest hotel to it. Unfortunately not a super convenient walk, but walking still possible. Bus connection to BIU very good. Staff was really nice and helpful! Gym is very good (but slightly inconvenient to get in). They included parking cost in my stay. Room was very convenient. There's also a nice bar/cafe where I had a coffee every morning.

Gym is very good but slightly inconveient. You have to first go to hotel reception to get a towel, than exit hotel walk 2 mins to gym. Explain to them there that you're from hotel so that let you in. Then go back to hotel give them back the towel and get back your towel card. There is supposed to be a card that gets you in the gym without saying you're from the hotel, but card didn't work. Also there's a smaller gym in the hotel that is supposed to open with a room card but didn't work. Also there was a drink vending machine, but it was not working properly for the 3 weeks I was there. It was nice they gave me free parking, but it's not super convenient - every time I leave the parking need to get another sticker from reception. If they figure out away to not need this every time it would be nice.
