Interior of caravan was spotless, beautifully presented, allowing for a very comfortable stay at Seaton sands. The biscuits on arrival were a lovely touch., we couldn't fault the interior of the caravan. Easy check in, Good communication. Very Helpful to be provided with a number in case of emergencies, wasn't required but peace of mind to have a point of contact.

Completely understand that the caravan is surrounded by trees which must make keeping the outside clean more challenging however. we had been inside all day at a competition with the children, the weather was 22 degrees we were really looking forward to sitting outside and enjoying the last rays of sun. However, the decking was really sticky, the railings surrounding the decking were dirty and full of bird poo. The outside seating had cobwebs and was dirty. We would have had no problem wiping down the seating but the decking just wasn't an enjoyable place to sit. Also situated beside a busy road.

the caravan was very welcoming, beautiful, clean and tidy, felt very homeley. the host was very friendly and polite. we all really enjoyed our stay especially my children. Will definitely be booking this one again in the future. no faults with it at all. thank you justyna. our family had a fantastic time. 😊

Lovely caravan , great site facilities and great customer care

Unfortunately, the decking area is located under trees ,which means there were bird droppings all over, making it unusable , not the owners fault , just bad positioning, really.

Spacious and cosy. Comfortable beds. View of the sea

Twin room better suited to children than adults
