The room was comfortable, all the necessary amenities were provided, the room and common areas were clean, and the staff members were very nice when somebody was around

I didn't understand the check-in schedule, which is probably a me problem (it doesn't match the check-in time on the Booking page, but the information was provided to me), but much worse than that - my key card was misconfigured and stopped working after the first night, which I found out very late in the evening. I tried to call an emergency contact several times until my phone died, to no success. Ended up being stuck out of my room for the entire night, and I was lucky that somebody let me in the building in the evening, and then the genitor let me in the room in the morning so I could collect my stuff and check out

I arrived too late for check in - on my bike . The very kind receptionist allowed me to shower and put fresh clothes on prior to going to lunch and waiting for reception to reopen. The place is beautifully designed . I have never been in a hostel this well appointed. Exceptional .

For the price no negatives.
