Whichford Mill Barn- Soulful retreat.

Location was lovely. Property was decorated beautifully throughout with lots of attention to detail.

The barn was at the end of a dirt track with spacious parking. The interior design was quirky, lovely cottage. The kitchen was well equipped with milk in the fridge and a few dried goods in the cupboard. The double sofa bed in the lounge meant my teenage daughter was able to have her own room. Seating area outside lovely for outdoor breakfast.

Being in the middle of nowhere, the barn was prone to spiders, despite being very clean, which the kids didn’t like. No tv, but we were out every night so not an issue.

This is a magical little property. It’s situated in beautiful countryside, and the hosts put a lot of care into renovating it. It was a perfect place to stay for our family.

Great location, off the beaten track so best to stay in in the evenings and make the most of the hot tub. Lovely walks to pubs and cafes, including Cotswolds Distillery, during the day though. Quirky and comfy a good fun place to stay with kids for a couple of days.

Obviously out in the countryside meant a few spiders etc around and about the house! Also the WiFi is very patchy and there is no TV or a microwave. This was all fine for us but best to be aware that it is a great away from it all spot but with the obvious limitations.

Lovely location. Nice and quiet. Lovely to have the hot tub and wild sauna. Very nicely restored. Good access to towns etc and Burford.

No comfy chairs for outside relaxing. Just wooden and a bench table. Would have made our stay much more comfortable . Internet issues, but that was sorted quickly by Tom and Lucy who are lovely.

Excellent! The barn is so cosy and comfortable, my daughter loved the little bunk bed. We spent most of the weekend outside in the glorious garden and hot tub. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating. Thanks again 😊

The decor was uniquely beautifully finished, hot tub & sauna were particularly relaxing

The only negative was a soft mattress but most people wouldn’t see as a problem it’s a personal preference as I have back issues
