Comfy Double En-suite room in Barking

I like the location, proximity to where I can shop and get my groceries. Ruth is very nice and warm, we were well received by her. The room is sizeable, kitchen is big with basic fertility.

The bed is too small for a couple, we had some sleepless nights and some back aches.

Great location - just a 5-minute walk from the train station, very helpful and friendly staff, comfortable bed with nice bed linen.

The hotel has no internal sound isolation; therefore, you can hear everything that is going on in the corridor.

Clean, large room, heater available , hot water for the shower , central location near shops and train station - thank you to Ruth who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable - she is amazing !!

Location was very convenient within a few minutes' walk to the train station Ruth was exceptional and did everything to make sure the stay was comfortable

The stairs are too steep and dangerous. Instead of having communal tea and coffee facilities in a kitchen downstairs which is so inconvenient, each room should have its own coffee and tea station. The portable air-conditioning in the room is in the way and since the room is rather compact, it gets in the way and is very noisy Bathroom is very clean but compact.
