- Self-check-in from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. In-person check-in is available (subject to availability and upon request). - A link will be sent to the legally required hotel registration process, where all guests' ID or passport details must be entered. Supplements: - Late arrival: Arrivals after 9:00 PM will incur a €30+IVA (36,30€) supplement, regardless of whether arrival is in-person or self-check-in. - Early check-in: Arrivals before 5:00 PM will incur a €20+IVA (24,20€) supplement (subject to availability and upon request). - Late check-out: Departures after 11:00 AM will incur a €20+IVA (24,20€) supplement (subject to availability and upon request). **In-person check-in: Staff will wait for up to 30 minutes; after that, additional charges will apply if further assistance is required. Lockers: - Available for early arrival or storing belongings. A discount voucher is offered after booking. Responsibility for Belongings: - Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Next Stop Bilbao is not responsible for losses. Lost Keys: - A €100 charge for each lost set of keys. Check-Out Time: - Late arrivals without prior notice have a €50 surcharge per hour, charged through the booking platform. No Smoking: - Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
