Location, cleanliness

The elevator was really slow. The staff doesn’t all update everyone at check in. My cousin got way more info than I did.

Size of the room. Tiki Bar. Karaoke. Pool. All were excellent.

Room readiness. Checked in but had to wait an hour to get our room because it needed to be cleaned still. Breakfast was mediocre.
